What is your policy on returns and exchange?

BC Growers Club assumes no responsibility for orders due to:

Canada Post mistakes or damage
Incorrect addresses provided by Customers
Expired PO BOX numbers

If your package is damaged, missing items, or does not show up, please contact us at [email protected]

Please email a photo of your packing slip and the items you did receive. We will review on a case by case basis following our internal policies and procedures.

BC Growers Club does not accept Returns or Exchanges.
